Reflections
My thoughts after reading 25 chapters a day.
"When disciples followed a rabbi, they followed him closely so they would never be out of his sight, never be someplace where they couldn’t hear him speak. They followed him so closely that his sandals often kicked up dust."
May you be covered in His dust.

Acts 15 comes out on Saturday!
Keep an eye out for it.
On January 1st, I began a deep dive into the Gospel of Luke, written by a physician and historian who recorded the life of Jesus.
Since then, 830 people have joined me on this journey. My study notes have reached readers in 20 US states and countries as far-reaching as Cuba, Poland, and Nigeria.
We’re currently in the thick of the Acts of the Apostles.
Alongside this deep study, I decided to push myself, jumping from reading 2-3 chapters a day to 20-25. The results were eye-opening.
I discovered a recurring theme woven throughout both the Old and New Testaments. I hope it encourages you.
Trust the Lord. Be patient. Your 41st is coming.
For 40 days, Goliath mocked Israel, his voice booming across the valley, striking fear into God’s people. But on the 41st day, a shepherd boy stepped forward with nothing but faith and a sling—and God delivered victory through him.
For 40 days and nights, the rain poured down, floodwaters covering the earth. Darkness reigned, but on the 41st day, the rain stopped. Hope rose as God began to renew His creation.
For 40 days, Jesus walked in the desert—hungry, weary, and tempted by the enemy. Yet He stood firm, trusting His Father’s Word. On the 41st day, He left the wilderness in the power of the Spirit, ready to fulfill His mission.
For 40 years, the Israelites wandered in the desert, clinging to God’s promises. In the 41st year, they crossed the Jordan River into the land flowing with milk and honey.
Whatever your wilderness, flood, or valley, take heart—your "40" may feel endless, but the 41st is coming.
Victory is near.
Restoration is near.
Breakthrough is near.
Hold on!
God is faithful to finish what He started.
A friend of mine created a beautiful journal inspired by the theme of trusting God in the waiting. For every journal sold, 20% will go to support our ministry in Guatemala.
If you're looking for a meaningful way to reflect, plan, and draw close to God, take a look ♥️
Have an amazing Friday!
I love you,
George
